Las Colinas is a major hub of some of the most well-known companies in the United States and really, across the globe. It’s no wonder why people love living here! Discover why Las Colinas is a destination you must consider for your next move.

Location

Living in Las Colinas makes it easy to get anywhere in the DFW area. It’s situated perfectly between Dallas and Forth Worth. The Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART’s) Orange Line is a fast and efficient transport method that runs east from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport to Las Colinas and into Dallas.

Plus, it’s just minutes away from the DFW Airport. Air traffic noise isn’t a real problem around the Las Colinas neighborhoods which is nice, but drive just 10 minutes East on Highway 114, and you’ll find yourself at the airport.

Condos & Apartments

While Las Colinas does have many office buildings and warehouses, it’s also stacked with condominiums, apartment complexes and sprawling neighborhoods. Whether you’re looking for a luxury condominium lakeside lifestyle or a home that overlooks a tee box, Las Colinas has the options.

A few of our favorite condos and apartments line Lake Carolyn, a trendy man-made lake situated near Highway 114. There’s so much to do and see, and eat around the lake. It’s just nearby the favorite hot-spot Toyota Music Factory and just steps away from the Irving Convention Center. We are often around this area for community events. Just recently, I ran the Irving Marathon 5K which started at Toyota Music Factory, next to the Westin, and wrapped around the lake. It’s an amazing place to enjoy all that Irving/Las Colinas has to offer!

Homes in Las Colinas

But, if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood, there are plenty of options ranging from the 400’s into the millions. Pick your perfect price point! You’ll find Hackberry Creek is a comfortable gated community that hosts its own country club and golf course. If you’re looking for something a little more accessible, the Lakes of Las Colinas neighborhood is settled off Riverside Drive, off Northwest Highway. This beautiful neighborhood has it all, including nearby trail access to one of the best trails around Dallas. It’s also nearby the newest dog park in the area – Paws Colinas! Adorably named and a great place to enjoy the amazing Dallas weather. If you find something in the Las Colinas area that interests you, move fast. Homes here go quick!
